With exponential growth on the horizon and an expanding footprint, they are looking for a financial leader who can help architect the next chapter of a truly compelling company story.We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, owning all financial functions of the business and building the systems, team, and discipline required to scale a high-growth manufacturing platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence over the direction of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and long-range modelingServe as the primary financial liaison to ownership — reporting, strategic planning, and M&A evaluationBuild and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure to support rapid growthOversee cost accounting, job costing, and margin analysis for engineered-to-order productsManage treasury, cash flow, working capital, debt compliance, and banking relationshipsBuild and develop the finance and accounting teamSupport facility expansion and capital allocation decisions with rigorous ROI analysisPartner with operations leadership on pricing strategy and gross margin improvementQualifications10+ years of progressive financial leadership; CFO or VP Finance title requiredExperience in a PE-backed environment — ideally through an acquisition, recapitalization, or exit transactionBackground in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered products strongly preferredStrong command of cost accounting and manufacturing finance, including job costing for custom/engineered productsProven ability to scale finance functions in a fast-growing middle-market businessTrack record building and developing finance teamsBased in or willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LouisianaWhy Apply?Competitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus tied directly to company growth milestones (potential of up to 50% base salary).Equity participation availableSalary scales annually as the company continues its growth trajectoryPaid holidays and paid time off (PTO)Health, dental, and vision insurance plan optionsCompany-paid life insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchA rare opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role at a company on an exceptional growth curveJ-18808-Ljbffr
