Provide support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities during programs.Part-Time Positions available: M,T,W,Th evenings 5-8pm, W 10am-3:30pm, M & W 2:00-6:00pm, Sundays 1:00-4:00pm & 4:00-6:00pmResponsibilities Include:Working with individuals to facilitate engagement during programsImplementing group activitiesSupervise program transportation of individuals to/from program in the morning and afternoonCommunicate with supervisor as well as parents & community liaisonFoster positive relationships between individuals served and communityEnsures safety of participants during programsEncourages independenceJob Requirements: A desire to work with adults with disabilitiesAbility to provide positive motivation to othersMust be caring, dedicated, responsible, and patientWillingness to take public transportationAbility to handle physical aspects of job, including walking for periods of timeHS diploma, GED, or equivalent
