Job TitleKey ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Palletizing: Manually pack fresh or frozen baked goods into bags, boxes, or trays at established production rates; stack, label, and stretch-wrap pallets for shipping.Visual Quality Inspection: Inspect products on the line for proper size, shape, color, and defects. Immediately discard non-conforming product and notify the operator.Food Safety & Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP guidelines.
