Occupational Therapist Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Niktor LLC Pay: $65 to $70 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT I/II or Advanced) to join a dynamic rehabilitation team serving a predominantly Native American population in a culturally rich, semi-desert high-plateau community. This role provides quality occupational therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on patients with developmental, cognitive, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. You will assess, plan, and implement medically prescribed OT interventions, set realistic goals, document in EHR, and promote maximum patient independence through customized therapies, including orthoses, sensory integration, cognitive treatment, and ADL training. Opportunity to participate in specialty clinics (Spinal Cord, Geriatric, Assistive Technology, etc.) depending on assignment.
