Cabinet Painter/Staining

We are looking to add to our finishing staff and are seeking an experienced wood finisher. The successful applicant must be accomplished in air-assisted conversion varnish spraying and equipment maintenance. Mix Paint thoroughly for accurate color Must be able to maintain consistent color when staining. Apply paint and coatings per process to achieve quality finish Utilize nail boards and drying racks to prevent quality defects during drying process Maintain paint equipment, including: all sprayers, tips, and lines Perform touch up at jobsites after cabinets are installed Maintain supplies and materials by notifying the supervisor of any issues or shortages. Change paint booth filters as needed Sand primer or sealer and prep solid wood, veneers, and MDFs Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the paint booth and room All other duties as assigned by coordinator/supervisor Pay based on experience Simple IRA plan Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Education: Associate (Preferred) Experience: Cabinet Painting/Staining: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
