The employee in this position serves as a strategic partner to SERS leadership, ensuring that modernization efforts, system enhancements, data quality initiatives, and cross-agency integrations are executed with precision and transparency. Work centers on planning, directing, and delivering complex, multi-year IT projects that support the agency's mission and strengthen the long-term reliability, efficiency, and member experience of the SERS pension plan.
