Litigation Associate

I’m partnering with a well‑regarded New Jersey litigation firm that is building a team of smart, hands‑on attorneys who want to practice law and not live by a timesheet! The Practice This is a general litigation role with variety and substance. Matters may include: Contract and commercial disputes Intellectual property disputes Other business and civil litigation matters Associates are not siloed. You’ll work directly with partners and gain exposure across cases from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs Handling e‑filings (NJ; NY as applicable) Managing and responding to discovery Appearing in court and at conferences Assisting with case strategy and trial preparation This is not a “research‑only” role. If you want hands‑on experience, you’ll get it!
