Barback/Food Runner

RESPONSIBILITIES - Must be available to work nights & weekends - Maintain a stocked bar & replenish supplies throughout service - Organize & clean bar area  - Cut & prepare beverage garnishes - Monitor & replenish ice supplies  - Communicate openly with bartenders, servers & management staff - Assist in setting up & closing down bar at beginning & end of service QUALIFICATIONS - Must be able to stand & walk for hours at a time - Must be able to lift and transport up to 50lbs PAY - This is an hourly position, eligible for tips  More detail about Sampan part of Schulson Collective, please visit
