Job DescriptionA private Family Office is seeking a Trust Administrator to support the administration and servicing of fiduciary relationships for their high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. This role partners closely with Trust Officers, Attorneys, Private Bankers, Portfolio Managers, and client service teams to deliver exceptional client service while ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.The Trust Administrator will assist with trust account management, client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation review, and coordination of distributions, while helping maintain strong client relationships and operational accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport administration of trust, estate, investment management, and fiduciary accountsPrepare and process trust account documentation, account openings, closings, and maintenance requestsCoordinate trust distributions, bill payments, and money movement requestsReview trust agreements and legal documents for completeness and accuracyAssist with annual account reviews and fiduciary administrative tasksCommunicate with clients, attorneys, accountants, beneficiaries, and internal partners regarding account activity and service requestsMonitor accounts for compliance with fiduciary regulations, policies, and risk controlsMaintain accurate client records and documentation within internal systemsAssist with audit, compliance, and regulatory inquiries as neededProvide high-touch client service in a fast-paced private banking environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in trust administration, private banking, wealth management, fiduciary operations, or financial servicesUnderstanding of trust structures, fiduciary responsibilities, estate administration, and investment accountsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/account management systemsExperience working with high-net-worth clients preferredCTFA designation or progress toward certification is a plusSkillsRelationship managementTrust and fiduciary administrationClient serviceRisk awareness and complianceFinancial operationsTime managementProblem-solvingConfidentiality and professionalismPreferred CharacteristicsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple business linesStrong professionalism and discretion handling sensitive client informationDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to client servicingComfortable working in a deadline-driven financial services environment
