TITLE: TREASURY MANAGEMENT PRODUCT MANAGER STATUS: EXEMPTREPORT TO: DIRECTOR PAYMENT OPERATIONSDEPARTMENT: TREASURY MANAGEMENT AND WIRE OPSJOB CODE: 11998PAY SCALE: $103,100.00 - $110,000.00 ANNUALLY General DescriptionThe Treasury Management Product Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing the strategy for treasury management products and services. Working in close partnership with the Director of Payment Operations, this position helps define the roadmap for business banking solutions that support cash management needs, including ACH origination, wires, remote deposit capture, fraud prevention tools, account analysis, pricing strategy for treasury fees, and liquidity management solutions. The role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional value to business members through collaborative planning and execution.Tasks, Duties, FunctionsStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Director of Payment Operations to develop and refine treasury management product strategy, pricing models, and liquidity solutions.Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for treasury management products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and member needs.Account Analysis & Billing Oversight: Manage the account analysis billing engine to ensure accurate fee calculation, reporting, and transparency for business members.Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies for treasury management services to optimize revenue while remaining competitive and member focused.Ensure treasury management products are fully integrated and optimized within the Business Online Banking platform.Collaborate with digital banking teams to deliver a seamless experience for business members, ensuring all products work together cohesively.Liquidity Management: Support the design and delivery of liquidity management tools and services for business members.Oversee the risk rating methodology used for treasury product approvals.Partner with the Director of Payment Operations to monitor and manage risk exposure for Golden 1, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for treasury management performance, risk exposure, and product utilization.Provide regular updates to leadership on KPIs, risk metrics, and strategic initiatives.Drive strategies to increase fee revenue through optimized pricing and product positioning.Monitor adoption rates of treasury products and implement initiatives to improve utilization.Track utilization metrics and trend reporting to identify growth opportunities and member engagement patterns.Market & Member Analysis: Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, risk, compliance, IT, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and support.Vendor Engagement: Assist in managing vendor relationships, including performance monitoring and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements.Training & Enablement: Develop training materials and documentation for internal teams and business members.PHYSICAL SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXERTION UTILIZED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THESE TASK:Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to effectively collaborate across teams, train staff on new processes, present strategic recommendations, negotiate vendor contracts, and support implementation of product initiatives.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate standard office and digital tools, including online platforms, productivity software, and communication systems, to support product development, analysis, and cross-functional coordination.Team-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of partnership, accountability, and shared success across departments and with external partners.Organizational Contacts & RelationshipsINTERNAL: All levels of staff and managementEXTERNAL: Vendors, fintech, third party service providers, other financial institutionsQualificationsEDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required. EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of experience in product management at a financial institution. 7+ years of experience with treasury management payments, business online banking, or financial services with a strong understanding of payment systems and technologies.Familiarity with ACH, wires, fraud prevention tools, account analysis, liquidity management, and risk frameworks. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: Comprehensive understanding of treasury management products and platforms, including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, fraud prevention tools, account analysis (billing engine), liquidity management solutions, and Business Online Banking integration, as well as related regulations, risk management methodologies, and industry best practices.Proven experience in leading or supporting project planning and execution, preferably within financial services or digital banking environments.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships.Robust analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate business requests, identify true needs, and distinguish between solution ideas and product requirements.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to support product performance monitoring and decision-making.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks, with experience working in cross-functional product teams.Solid understanding of financial services technology ecosystems, including integration with core and auxiliary systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Nitro Pro.Demonstrated accountability and ownership of work, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously.Physical RequirementsProlonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.Corrected vision within the normal range.Hearing within normal range.
