Role Description Ulta Beauty is seeking an organized and customer-focused Experience Manager to oversee onsite guest experiences at our Pittsburgh, PA location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will ensure an exceptional and seamless in-store experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer experiences, leading a team to deliver outstanding service, resolving customer issues, and implementing strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will manage projects, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in store operations and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Experience and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional and personalized experiences to each guest.Effective Communication skills to guide, motivate, and collaborate with team members and interact professionally with customers.Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.Project Management experience to plan, oversee, and execute strategic initiatives successfully.Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.Leadership abilities and a passion for fostering a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
