Project Manager I

The Project Manager (PM) has full responsibility for an entire project. He/she is responsible for safety, quality, schedule, coordination, profitability and progress of the work. The PM will be the first point of contact for the owner and handles all commercial aspects. He/she will be involved in the project from advertisement to estimating and award through construction and final completion.
