Manufacturing Shop Helper

General Shop Helper – Full-Time Position$20.00 per hour | 40 hours/week | Immediate Start We're looking for a reliable, hardworking General Shop Helper to join our team and keep things running smoothly in our shop/warehouse. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll support daily operations with a mix of physical work, organization, and occasional driving. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty, staying busy, and contributing to a clean, efficient workspace, this could be a great fit!Key Duties Include (but not limited to): Operating a forklift to safely load and unload materials and items onto trucks Assisting with general building maintenance and minor repairs Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe (sweeping, trash removal, tool/equipment storage) Running errands as needed (local pickups, deliveries, supply runs) Helping with other general tasks to support the team and keep operations flowing Requirements: Valid driver's license (clean record preferred) Forklift certification is a big plus (but not required—we can train the right person!) Reliable transportation and good work ethic Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and work in a shop environment Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail No prior experience required—this is great for entry-level candidates ready to learn and grow!
