Our ideal team members are self-starters that embrace ambiguity, think big, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence.What You Will Be DoingAs a Restoration Account Executive, you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The Restoration Account Executive (RAE) will market Renu’s services to the various clients, asset managers, owner/operators, insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs and building consultants. Essential Job FunctionsUnderstands the restoration market and how to find, sell and capture new work. Understands how to be both a “hunter” and “farmer” with new sales opportunities. Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary a sales plan. Attend and assist with promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.Documents and maintains sales work and activity through HubSpot and CRM platforms.Able to negotiate jobs with the assistance of our Estimating team.Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.Generate business leads and handles promotion of all Renu Verticals and National presence.Establish Regional Accounts with Adjusters, Third-Party Administrators, Risk Managers, Facilities Managers, Property Managers, end users, contractors, etc.Collaborates well with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.Additional duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMust have experience in Restoration, experience in Mitigation is a plus. 3-4 years of relevant sales or marketing experience required.High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, deadline driven environment.Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, Xactimate experience required.Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within the US.Position may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away out of the office.
