Regional ManagerThe Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing district operations, financial performance, and quality standards across multiple studios. This role provides leadership and strategic direction to studio teams, ensures superior member experiences, drives employee achievement, and maintains the integrity of the Stretch Zone brand.In-Depth Analysis and Optimization of Studio Metrics:Sales comparisons over extended periodsLead generationMember retention and satisfactionRefunds/returnsClosing percentagesProjectionsDevelop a strategic plan of action for business developmentAdditional Duties Include:Creating weekly meeting schedules with a clear plan of action for each studioMonitor schedules to ensure we are properly staffedAssess the performance of Lead Sales Associates daily and hold them accountable to daily sales goalsHave a presence in studios daily, coaching, developing, and ensuring proper daily operationsEnsure all reports are sent and accurate dailyTrack employee time clocks and utilizationConsistent communication with corporate to ensure you are up to date with all initiativesHandle all higher-level customer service requestsDaily, weekly, and monthly accountability of sales goalsDevelop marketing strategiesRequirements:Experience in multi-unit managementStrong sales background with proven success in previous rolesAbility to develop and execute a high-level business planAbility to set clear goals and have accountability for achieving themAbility to articulate variances in revenue/sales/expenses versus budgetAbility to think critically and solve unexpected problems quicklyAbout Stretch Zone:Using patented equipment and proven protocols, Stretch Zone practitioners help members improve athletic performance, increase range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall reaction time. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
