Phase 2 seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development teams alongside our Lead Consultant and Technical Leads. This is a remote-first hybrid position for Oklahoma City-based candidates.Responsibilities | How You’ll Spend Your TimeDriving software delivery by serving the engineering teamFacilitating internal and external team meetings (daily stand-ups, biweekly planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc.)Managerial oversight of team timesheets, invoice preparations, and client budget projectionsCollaborating with clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, partner teams, and executivesRemoving obstacles that impede team and release progressMaintaining regular client reporting of budget projections, release timelines, and risk logsCoaching teams to improve our software development best practicesEnsuring meetings are productive, prepared with an agenda, and meaningful notes are recordedAssist in onboarding new team membersRelease management facilitationQualifications | What We’re Looking ForProficient in leading software development teams using broad agile project management methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc.)Desire to apply a unique brand of these methodologies Passion for driving continuous improvement in themselves and othersComfortable communicating directly with clients as a project and organizational consultantDedication to servant leadership for our team and client needsTeam Tech Stack | The Technologies You’ll UseAtlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, QuickBooks, Azure DevOps, Google G Suite•CompanyPhase 2 is a software development consultancy aimed to make a positive impact on the people with whom we interact – our clients, our coworkers and our community.
