Math & Reading Academic Coach (K–12) – Doral Location Amigos Tutoring | Doral, FL About Amigos Tutoring Amigos Tutoring is one of South Florida’s fastest-growing K–12 tutoring and SAT prep companies, with six locations throughout Miami-Dade County and one in Broward. Since 2015, we’ve supported thousands of students in strengthening foundational skills, building confidence, and achieving measurable academic progress through structured small-group instruction (1–4 students per coach), organized by grade level and subject. We are currently hiring Math & Reading Academic Coaches (K–12) for our Doral center, with immediate openings available. About the Role This is a Level 1 Academic Coach position designed specifically for high school juniors and seniors who are looking to gain meaningful professional experience in a structured, growth-focused environment. Please Note: This role is exclusively for high school applicants. College students or older applicants should apply to our other open roles. This is a year-round, long-term opportunity (not seasonal). A 12-month commitment is required. Paid training is provided during the first two weeks, with training compensation released upon fulfillment of the one-year commitment. Qualifications Available Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) Reside within 15 minutes of our Doral location and have reliable transportation Professional, punctual, and comfortable following structured instructional systems Confident supporting K–12 students in both math and reading within small-group settings Seeking a long-term, part-time position (not summer-only or short-term) Preferred Experience Prior tutoring, mentoring, or homework assistance experience Volunteer or work experience with youth programs Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset Why Join Amigos Tutoring?
