Job Title: Senior Affiliate Growth ManagerSchedule: CSTType: Full-time; Hybrid - Dallas, TXRole OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Senior Affiliate Growth Manager to lead affiliate growth and creator partnerships for TikTok Shop across Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. This role will own creator recruitment, affiliate program management, influencer relationships, live commerce coordination, sample seeding, and community management, with a strong focus on driving scalable revenue growth through creators.We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with top TikTok Shop brands, leading sellers, or established social commerce agencies in relevant categories.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnershipsBuild and scale creator relationships through outreach, collaboration programs, and performance managementManage affiliate campaigns, creator briefs, commission structures, and product seeding initiativesCoordinate creator content and live commerce programsManage affiliate communication and creator communities through platforms such as DiscordPartner with internal teams to drive growth opportunities and scale high-performing creator programsTrack affiliate performance, optimize outcomes, and identify new growth opportunitiesBenchmark competitor and category strategies to improve program performanceNice-to-Have SkillsPreferred Candidate from one of below brands.
