Global Contract Recruiter (Sales & Paid Media Specialist)
The RoleWe are seeking a world-class Global Contract Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts across five key international markets. You will be the primary gatekeeper for our corporate culture and technical standards.Your mission is to source and hire entry to mid-level talent—primarily for our Outbound Sales and Operations teams—ensuring that every single hire is "Marketing-Literate" and capable of thriving in a high-intensity Call Center environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute high-volume hiring strategies across the US, Mexico, India, Bulgaria, and the Philippines.Universal Technical Vetting: Conduct rigorous screenings to ensure all incoming candidates (regardless of role) have a deep understanding of Paid Media (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Gen mechanics).Outbound Sales Focus: Identify and hire "hunters" for our global outbound sales floors. You must be able to spot candidates with the grit, persuasion, and resilience required for high-volume cold calling.Call Center Expertise: Manage the high-velocity requirements of a global call center environment, maintaining a steady pipeline of talent to meet aggressive growth targets.Cross-Cultural Sourcing: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and local job boards specific to the MX, PH, IN, and BG markets to find top-tier talent.Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local labor laws, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends in our five primary global markets to remain competitive.Pipeline Management: Maintain high "speed-to-hire" while ensuring all candidates meet the mandatory technical marketing knowledge bar.Mandatory RequirementsPaid Media Subject Matter Expertise: You must have an in-depth understanding of Paid Media (ROAS, CPC, CTR, Lead Attribution). You will use this knowledge to vet the technical competency of every candidate.Outbound Sales & Call Center Background: Proven experience recruiting for high-volume outbound sales environments. You understand call center KPIs and the profile of a successful sales professional.Global Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated success in hiring across multiple time zones and cultures, specifically in Mexico, India, Bulgaria, the Philippines, and the US.High-Volume Proficiency: Ability to manage a heavy load of requisitions (20+) while maintaining strict quality standards for entry and mid-level roles.Language & Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to vet the language proficiency of candidates in international markets.Candidate ProfileYou are a "Marketing-First" Recruiter.
