Job Description REPAIR SPECIALISTFort Worth, TX 76177Pay Rate: $17.00/hourFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Repair Specialist to perform inspection, repair, assembly, disassembly, testing, and packaging of mobile phones and similar electronic devices. This role supports production goals related to quality, quality, and turnaround time in a fast-paced production environment.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED1–2 years of electronic repair experience (phones, computers, or similar devices)Experience with assembly, disassembly, and testingAbility to identify electronic components and cosmetic/functional defectsExperience using hand and power tools (electric/manual screwdrivers, suction cups, etc.)Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsBasic computer skills (MS Office)Ability to read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with production environments and 5S standardsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for 8+ hours per shiftFrequent bending, squatting, and reachingStrong fine motor and hand-eye coordinationCultureOur staffing professionals are committed to meeting your individual needs and exceeding your expectations.
