Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with recent public accounting or corporate tax experience to support and lead tax engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for:Corporations and S-CorporationsPartnershipsHigh-net-worth individuals and corporate executivesGather and analyze financial information, make necessary adjustments, and ensure accurate tax complianceManage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and budget expectationsCommunicate effectively with clients, manage expectations, and provide high-quality tax servicesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client serviceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on taxStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: (based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package including:Health, dental, and life insurance401(k) planProfit sharing and cash balance planPaid time offCompensatory time for overtime hoursCollaborative, team-oriented work environment with experienced leadership
