Job Description Job Title: Material Handler (No Forklift Required)Location: South Bay / Harbor Area, CASchedule: Full-Time | All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)Pay: Competitive hourly pay (DOE)Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in the South Bay/Harbor Area. This position involves manually moving, sorting, and preparing products for shipping and receiving in a fast-paced logistics environment. No forklift experience or certification is required.ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload cartons, boxes, and other materials manually.Sort, organize, and stage products for shipping and receiving.Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.Palletize and wrap shipments as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be authorized to work in the United States.Why Join Us?All shifts available.Weekly pay.Overtime opportunities.Opportunity for long-term employment.Supportive team environment.Fast-paced logistics operation with room for growth.
