Kitchen Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. We are seeking someone that is available to work afternoons 12:30PM to 6:30PM. Weekends will be required.
Duties:
- Running side work, cleaning, washing dishes, trash, mopping, sweeping etc.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed
- Assist in food preparation and the making of sandwiches, cooking of eggs, etc.
- Handle and store food items following proper food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Food Safety Certificate and/or Food Handling Certificate
