Facilities Maintenance Supervisor$75k-$85k +10% BonusLouisville, KYLead a team of 10-15 technicians to maintain & optimize Distribution Center operations.Oversee work requests, assign tasks, & ensure project deadlines are met.Coach & develop team members, fostering a growth & safety-focused environment.Diagnose & troubleshoot equipment, building, & system failures, including automation & robotics.Recommend improvements for operational equipment & implement preventive maintenance programs.Utilize CMMS software & collaborate with internal & external partners to minimize operational impact.Qualifications:Proven experience leading a maintenance technician team.5+ years in large warehouse/distribution center maintenance; 3+ years supervising.Experience with building management systems & automated equipment (PLC, Motor controls, etc.)Knowledge of fire protection & electrical systems.Apply with your resume to explore this opportunity!
