**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. This is a critical role that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates. **Responsibilities:** - Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization - Utilize internal recruiting platforms, such as Taleo, to post job openings and manage the application process - Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential candidates - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and department heads - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth transition for new hires - Collaborate with the human resources department to develop and implement effective succession planning strategies - Manage and maintain all recruitment documentation, including job postings, resumes, and interview notes - Utilize UltiPro to track and analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract top talent - Identify and resolve any recruitment-related issues or concerns **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar role - Strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Experience with internal recruiting platforms, such as Taleo - Proficiency in human resources software, including UltiPro - Strong research and interviewing skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with succession planning and talent management - Excellent sales skills and the ability to attract top talent - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Bilingual: 4 years (Required) Internal recruiting: 3 years (Preferred) Interviewing: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Sherman, TX 75090 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Sherman, TX 75090: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
