Currently looking for *Millwright and Rigger* candidates from the Charlotte, NC area. *Please submit your resume via this ad * *ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS* * Must be proficient in installing, maintaining, repairing, dismantling and moving many types of machinery and equipment in industrial settings according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings. * Able to identify various types of machinery and understand their working operations. * Able to problem solve and adjust as needed. * Ability to work with others to achieve job goals. * Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions as required by client and/or facility policy. *PREFERED CERTIFICATIONS INCLUDE* * OSHA 10 or 30 for General Industry and Construction * Rigging Certification * Crane Certification * CDL-A * Alignment Certification *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* * Stand or walk for long periods of time. * Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects. * Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally lifting items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance. * Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. * Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. * Acceptable eyesight – naturally or with correction. * Eye-hand coordination. * Good physical fitness. * Good sense of balance. * Work at great heights is required. *Please submit your resume via this ad * *Responsibilities* * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in industrial settings. * Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively. * Operate and maintain precision measuring instruments and tools. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and crane operation protocols. * Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and provide technical support as needed. * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
