What You Will Do As a Project Engineer, you will support the project management team by coordinating documentation, logistics, and communication across the jobsite. Your responsibilities will include: Project Coordination and Documentation Manage and track project documentation including RFIs, change orders, ASIs, QA/QC records, submittals, and supplemental design documents Maintain organized and accurate jobsite records to support project progress and compliance Logistics and Field Support Oversee jobsite logistics such as office supplies, badging, and orientation paperwork Coordinate equipment and material deliveries Support subcontractor and vendor management to ensure alignment with project goals Project Controls and Planning Assist in assembling estimates, budgets, and cost tracking Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts Update project schedules and support productivity tracking Attend project meetings and contribute to planning discussions What You Bring We are looking for someone who is technically sharp, highly organized, and eager to grow in the mechanical construction industry.
