In this role, you will serve as a trusted equipment expert for our customers—supporting their audiological instrumentation needs through new equipment solutions, technical repairs, and NASED-certified calibration.Travel: This position requires regional travel to customer sites across the greater San Francisco area, including some overnight and weekly travel.Compensation: Starting salary of $65,000 to $72,000 depending on experience, with commission eligibility after training and required competencies are met (typically after 6+ months).Benefits include: Company vehicle, Gas Card, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Match, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Employee Perks, & Employee Assistance Program.ResponsibilitiesPerform ANSI-certified calibrations, maintenance, equipment repairs and installations on a wide range of audiology equipment.Stay updated and attend all identified required training.Build and maintain customer relationships; provide service and technical support. Collaborate with Office Administrator for scheduling. Maintain accurate customer and equipment records.Identify potential clients and cultivate sales opportunities to support territory growth.Ensure preventative maintenance is completed according to best practice.Travel up to 80%; work independently with minimal supervision.Calibrate equipment received at regional office and coordinate returns.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:Effective verbal & written communication with professional appearance.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systemsEducation And ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.A two (2) year Technical or Engineering degree or related experience required.Willingness to follow the guidelines detailed in the e3 Proficiency and Certification handbook.TravelThis role may require travel as much as 80% of the time.Some overnight trips will be required.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds, bending and lifting throughout the workday.Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching depending on variables at customer location.Pre-Employment RequirementsMust have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clear driving record.Clear background check including criminal history and education verification.Must pass Drug Test.e3 Diagnostics is an Equal Opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.#e3#DemantCareersUS
