Join us today and bring your individuality along!As a Vitality Living Business Office Director, you will impact lives by:Overseeing resident billing activity such as receiving payments, billing ancillary services, posting payments to resident accounts, assessing late fees, monitoring annual rent increases, etc.Reviewing and submitting invoices to department managers for approval and entering accounts payable system timely and accurately.Overseeing workers' comp claims, maintaining team member personnel files, generating bi-weekly payroll, managing community onboarding activities, etc.Assisting with resident move-ins and lease signings.Directly supervising the front desk staffParticipating in the weekend Leader on Duty rotationEnsuring deficiency-free state surveys regarding team member and resident files and more!Join us today if you meet the following requirements:Associate's degree in business with 2-3 years' experience in office administration preferably in a property management or senior living setting.Possess excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and solid problem resolution abilities.Some of our benefits include:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401KGenerous PTO PlanJob Details:This is a Full-Time salary exempt position.Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.
