User Experience Design Intern

If you're passionate about shaping intuitive interfaces and eager to grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you! *Responsibilities* * Assist in conducting user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points for various digital products. * Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize design concepts. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to translate requirements into engaging UI/UX solutions aligned with business objectives. * Participate in usability testing sessions, analyze results, and recommend improvements to enhance user satisfaction and accessibility. * Help develop responsive web designs for desktop and mobile platforms using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design patterns that ensure consistency across devices. * Contribute to maintaining information architecture, user flows, and interaction design documentation to streamline product development processes. * Engage in agile workflows such as Scrum or Kanban by attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to support iterative design improvements. *Qualifications* * Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. * Demonstrated familiarity with UX/UI design principles including usability, accessibility in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture. * Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP or Balsamiq. * Basic understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular is a plus. * Knowledge of data visualization techniques and analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making. * Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret user research findings and translate them into actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts clearly within a collaborative team environment. * Passion for innovative product development using design thinking methodologies combined with rapid prototyping techniques.
