LEGARZA VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM COORDINATOR - Program Development

We have talented coaches, excited families, and proven systems already in place. What we need now is the right leader to help bring it all together.We're hiring a Volleyball Program Coordinator to work closely with Operations Director, our volleyball expert and mentor, to develop, expand, and eventually help lead our volleyball programming. This role starts hands-on and operational, with significant long-term growth potential for someone who brings leadership, organization, and passion for youth development.About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that combines:Daytime PE instruction during the school yearVolleyball program development and leadership across after-school classes, camps, leagues, and future club programmingYou'll begin by learning Legarza's philosophies, systems, and teaching methods while coaching and supporting existing programs.
