This role is critical to ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while providing a professional and positive customer experience.This is a hands-on role ideal for dependable drivers who are safety-focused, customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery OperationsSafely operate company box trucks (non-CDL) for local deliveriesComplete daily delivery routes accurately and on timeLoad and unload products using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand cartsCustomer Service Interact professionally with customers at delivery locationsVerify deliveries, obtain signatures, and address basic delivery questionsEscalate delivery issues or discrepancies promptlySafety & Compliance Follow DOT, company safety, and driving policies at all timesConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsReport vehicle maintenance or safety concerns immediatelyAccuracy & Documentation Confirm order accuracy prior to departure and at deliveryMaintain delivery logs, proof of delivery, and required paperworkUse routing or delivery systems as requiredWarehouse Support (as needed) Assist with staging, loading, and organizing outbound ordersSupport warehouse operations during downtime or peak periodsValid non-CDL driver's license with clean driving recordMinimum 1-2 years of delivery driving experience preferredExperience driving box trucks or similar vehicles strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical delivery tasksStrong time management and reliabilityComfortable working a 6-day work weekFood distribution or warehouse experience is a plusSponsorship for Employment
