PeopleSoft Functional & Development Lead

Overview As a Senior PeopleSoft Professional, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of ERP and web applications, primarily focused on PeopleSoft Financials. You will bridge functional and technical aspects in an Agile environment, guiding module configurations, development, and integration. You work across the full SDLC, setting standards for documentation and delivery. Your deep PeopleSoft expertise will drive impactful system improvements within a formal project framework. This role offers a chance to shape financial ERP solutions at scale in a collaborative, client-facing setting. ResponsibilitiesLead design, development, and maintenance of ERP and web applicationsServe as functional/technical lead for one or more PeopleSoft financial modulesDrive system configuration, development, and integration within formal SDLC and Agile practicesDevelop and maintain design and configuration documents; ensure adherence to project management standardsApply deep PeopleSoft knowledge across tools and modules to support delivery Key requirementsBachelor's degree and 10+ years in ERP, database administration, and web apps lifecycleExperience across SDLC in a hybrid-Agile environment (functional/technical)10 years' experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP applicationsDeep knowledge of PeopleSoft ecosystem and tools (Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, BI Publisher, SQR, SQL, security, Vision)Ability to write application design and configuration documents and work within structured SDLCPeopleSoft Application DesignerApplication EngineComponent InterfaceIntegration BrokerBI PublisherSQR
