This environment is built for entrepreneurial professionals seeking autonomy, uncapped earning potential, and long-term career growth within a highly respected organization.Responsibilities:Build and manage a profitable book of commercial lines business focused on middle market and large accounts.Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key industries and decision-makers.Leverage internal resources such as marketing, analytics, and service teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.Structure and negotiate complex insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage.Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor.Partner with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.Mentor and collaborate with account management and service teams for seamless client execution.Must-Have Skills:5+ years of commercial lines production experience with a proven record of success.Demonstrated ability to win and retain middle market and/or large commercial clients.Established relationships within the insurance marketplace and carrier community.Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a significant book of business.Proficiency operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience mentoring or leading account management/service teams.Background working with a variety of commercial lines carriers.Proficiency in leveraging analytics and marketing tools for business development.Track record of successful cross-selling and market expansion initiatives.Vision for long-term growth and leadership opportunities within an insurance platform.
