If all this sounds like an environment you'll thrive in, then you're in the right place.We are looking for a highly talented and self- motivated SAP Technical Lead to join us on our journey in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: SAP Technical LeadJob ID: 2590059Position Type: Full-timeLocation: San FranciscoRole/Responsibilities·8+ years' experience in leading developers·At least 15 years of ABAP development experience (especially ABAP OO), with knowledge of SAP solutions like BRIM or FI, SD modules, CRM, and S/4HANA.·Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.·Understanding of SAP Business Master Data models, process and data modeling, and modern architecture paradigms.·Knowledge of design patterns, Clean Code, CI/CD, Code review, TDD, integration patterns, API management, security concepts, and software quality assurance and testing methods.·Familiarity with ABAP Cloud, RAP, steampunk platform, and Subscription Management processes is advantageous.·Experience in leading projects and troubleshooting complex software issues.·Flexibility to adapt to changes and work in an agile environment, utilizing methodologies like SCRUM, SAFe, and KANBAN.·Good knowledge of integration techniques provided by the SAP like the RFC SDK, ALE/IDOC and BAPI Business Objects library is essential.·Strong understanding of the Business process and ERP functionality for the features/modules·Good understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, integration API and configurations.·Strong experience with ABAP Development Tool Kit using HANA studio or Eclipse.·Adobe forms development in S/4 HANA (Online and Offline scenarios).·Strong customer facing skills·Deep expertise Study & understand the functional Specification, business requirements and prepare technicalspecification.·Ability to validate tech specs and code developed by other developers·Development experience in WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports)·Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector and ABAP TestCockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA.·Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage.·A&D experience, experience with PEO or other MES development preferred.Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $121,000Pay Range Maximum: $248,600 HCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
