Facility Mechanical Project Engineer (G-Project)
The Facilities Mechanical Project Engineer manages and coordinates mechanical projects within the facility. This role is responsible for initiating purchase requests (PRs), accounts payable (APs), and cash advances, obtaining quotes, maintaining communication with subcontractors, and organizing project-related reviews and measurements. The engineer ensures thorough documentation of all project activities and actively participates in the operation and development of the ISO 50001 energy management standard. Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills are essential for successfully supporting facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Key ResponsibilityOrganizing project-related reviews, measurements, and documentation.Updating building mechanical drawings as necessary.Develop a building inspection system.Coordinate work and request quotes for ad hoc work.Provide data, implement specifications, or make suggestions for second or third parties (e.g. parent company, authority, customers).Actively participate in the operation and development of the ISO50001 standard.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Initiate PRs, APs, and Cash Advances.Must have cooling systems experience.Assembly and disassembly of industrial mechanical equipment.Experience/EducationDegree in building engineering, mechanical engineering or relevant field and at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid time off
