Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.What We NeedSelf-motivated individualsAutomotive repair expertisePassion for the automotive industryFocus on serving customersWhat Our Body Shop Technicians DoPerform work as outlined on repair order assigned with efficiency and accuracySave and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customerExamine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is requiredCommunicate with Collision Consultant if any work on repair order is not needed or required, or if repairs will need additional timeRecord all work performed on vehicleComplete all required company and manufacturer trainingYour Pre-QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent3-5 Years experience as a Body Shop TechnicianI-CAR and factory trainings or certifications (Toyota, Honda, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover) a plusMust have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
