This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role combining customer success leadership, commercial ownership, and deep partnership with healthcare stakeholders.This position is ideal for someone with a transplant center sales, medical device sales, or complex healthcare services background—particularly those experienced working with transplant centers, OPOs, or surgical device organizations.   You will manage the full customer lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding through value realization, renewal, and expansion—while serving as a trusted partner to clients and an internal advocate for customer‑driven innovation.Candidates must be based on the U.S. West Coast with a preference for California. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Relationship ManagementOwn and manage client relationships to ensure exceptional experience, adoption, retention, and growthServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between client goals and ProCure’s solutionsLead onboarding, ongoing engagement, and executive‑level business reviewsCommercial & Growth OwnershipManage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunitiesCarry responsibility for key financial goals and defined success metricsBuild and develop a geographic territory with a strategic, hunter‑builder mindsetOperational & Cross‑Functional LeadershipDesign, implement, and continuously improve client‑facing processes (onboarding, reporting, documentation, business reviews)Partner cross‑functionally with product, operations, and clinical stakeholders to deliver a cohesive customer experienceActively shepherd new product and service initiatives informed by customer needs and market insightsAdditional ResponsibilitiesAnalyze engagement and performance data to inform strategy and decision‑makingTravel to client sites, conferences, and industry events (anticipated travel ~50%)Support other strategic initiatives and projects as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higherHealthcare experience required, strongly preferred within: Organ transplantation (Transplant Centers, Transplant Center transportation and device sales, OPOs, donor services)Medical device sales or surgical technology companies (e.g  JNJ, Medtronic or similar)Demonstrated experience owning a sales quota or equivalent revenue responsibilityProven ability to build and grow a territory or marketStrong executive‑level communication and relationship‑building skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExperience operating in fast‑paced, evolving environmentsSelf‑starter who thrives with autonomy and accountabilityHunter mentality with the ability to drive critical conversations with clientsLocation: Remote, West Coast U.S. How to Apply: https://www.jotform.com/build/232695663109160
