Sr. Director, Demand Generation

Demand Gen, Director/Sr DirectorWe're looking for a Demand Generation Leader to own pipeline creation and acceleration across our go-to-market motion. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified demand and measurable revenue impact.You'll run and manage campaigns across channels and bring structure, prioritization, and repeatability to demand gen, while building a team to help us support our rapid growth.This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and RevOps, and will be measured by pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just leads.What You'll DoOwn Pipeline GenerationPlan and execute multi-channel demand gen campaigns (paid search, paid social, content syndication, webinars, events, email)Drive MQL ? SQL ? pipeline with clear hypotheses and targetsOwn quarterly pipeline goals in partnership with Sales and RevOpsBuild a Scalable Program and TeamDesign and run lead capture, nurture, and re-engagement programsImprove lead quality through segmentation, scoring, and routingPartner with content and product marketing on offers that convertOptimize PerformanceTrack and analyze funnel performance from first touch through opportunityOptimize for CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline efficiencyRun experiments to improve channel performance and campaign ROICollaborate Cross-FunctionallyWork closely with Sales on ICP definition, messaging, and feedback loopsPartner with RevOps on attribution, reporting, and toolingAlign with Product Marketing on positioning and launchesOperate Like an OwnerManage campaign calendars, budgets, and vendorsHelp define demand gen best practices as a leader of a small but growing teamContribute to GTM planning and forecastingWhat Success Looks Like (First 612 Months)Predictable, repeatable pipeline contributionImproved MQL ?
