We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide exceptional outpatient care, supporting adults and student athletes in a growing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment committed to patient-centered service and professional growth.Overview:As a valued member of our Physical Therapy department, you will deliver high-quality rehabilitative services primarily in outpatient settings, with some responsibilities involving Swingbed and inpatient care. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, in a facility known for its expanding and vibrant physical therapy program. No on-call duties are required, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health goals in a supportive and progressive environment.Required Skills:Valid State Physical Therapy License or eligible for licensureProven experience in outpatient physical therapy, with strong assessment and treatment skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to develop and implement effective treatment plansStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompassionate, patient-focused approachNice to Have Skills:Experience working with student athletes or in sports rehabilitationFamiliarity with Swingbed and inpatient care settingsBilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient populationKnowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and technologiesPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited programMinimum 2 years of relevant clinical experiencePrior experience in outpatient settings preferredOther Requirements:Valid licensure, certification required to practice in the stateAbility to work a consistent Monday through Friday scheduleWillingness to comply with facility policies and proceduresTravel or additional reimbursements applicable as per protocolThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team, enhance your professional skills, and contribute significantly to patient recovery.
