Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryIn this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and modifications of the Warehouse Management System as well as acting as the local liaison between the Mainframe and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to coordinate, troubleshoot, and install physical infrastructure that supports the DC where applicable as well as oversee and approve entry of all moves / add / change requests.**Role is required to sit out of our Tolleson Distribution Center**Additional Responsibilities IncludeMust be flexible to work on call.Liaison between warehouse facility, WMS vendor and MIS Department for problem resolution.Manage and monitor end user access and rights and report to the SOX Compliance Department on a quarterly basis. Maintenance of all control tables within the WMS including access security. Meet with teams impacted by control table changes to eliminate surprises.Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS such as Thin Client Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers. Create requisitions for new equipment needs, manage repair requests for warranty repairs, and schedule maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment.Develop reporting tools/dashboards for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether via Crystal Reports, Cognos Report Studio, SQL and Snowflake.Support of all data processing hardware including printers and terminals.Manage all workstations including PCs, Laptops, Thin Clients, Tablets.Coordinate inventory tracking of in stock supplies including forms, ribbons, etc. and report usage to MIS.Total support of LAN (Local Area Network) configuration including Servers, Circuits, TCA Cabinets, UPS Battery Backups, MDF Rooms. Maintaining pertinent documentation regarding this equipment.Manage the Lexmark printers & scanners that use the Perceptive application.Work with all intelligent devices including Sortation Control Systems.Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.Implementation of all future releases of software.Schedule all data processing support.Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users.Work with all intelligent devices including Sortation Control Systems, Pick to voice, Tablet Picking.Support business needs for Hawaii team as requested.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience within a distribution center and/or warehouse environment2+ years of data analysis and system administration experienceSolid working knowledge of all MS Operating Systems and MS Office applicationsWorking knowledge of collaboration and teamworkWorking knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skillsAdept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skillsExcellent writing skills, computer and application skills.Must be able to function in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's in computer science or other related technical fieldBi-Lingual2+ years of technical and analytical experience with a production related industryUnderstand the requirements in writing SQL statements in OracleStrong presentation, analytical, and project management skillDemonstrated leadership abilitiesAbility to analyze information effectively and consistentlyFunctional knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)Working knowledge of business intelligenceFamiliarity with labor management standardsLean Six Sigma experience is a plusProven ability to build high performance teamsEducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is requiredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
