Brief DescriptionPurpose of JobThis position is responsible for arranging coverage for current shifts and related functions.Job FunctionsAssists with arranging staff coverage for the Orthopedic Institute (Or, Same Day Surgery, PACU, Sterile Processing, Inpatient) for current shifts based on established guidelines and needs. Performs staff timekeeping tasks in system in collaboration with managers. Accepts and records absenteeism calls, notifies supervisors and appropriate departments, and secures replacements as directed. Collects and reports data related to staffing. Supports operations with clerical duties as assigned by managers. Performs other duties as assigned.
