Business Development Specialist _Entry Level

Our mission is to reduce electronic waste and promote a circular economy. Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability and eager to grow in the field of business development. Key Responsibilities: (Bilingual Language : Mandarin and English ) Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the electronics recycling sector. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Support the creation of sales and new business marketing materials. Maintain and help to build out our companies online marketing efforts. Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations. Some offsite travel may be required(trade show - customer visits). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sustainability and the environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the electronics recycling industry is a plus, but not required.
