In this pivotal role, you will guide clients on tax equity, tax credit, and project finance transactions specifically within renewable energy, infrastructure, housing, community development, or historic preservation sectors. Your strong focus on business development will be key in converting prospects into clients while overseeing transaction execution to ensure timely and quality deliverables. You will also play a vital role in mentoring and managing your team, applying a metrics-driven approach to achieve departmental goals and drive measurable revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics, with an MBA highly preferred, and bring at least 10 years of experience in tax equity, project finance, or capital advisory. A FINRA Series 79 license is required or you should be actively pursuing this licensure. This role demands exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling a deep understanding of how business model decisions impact performance.
