Country Manager, Brazil

We are looking for a Country Manager to develop and grow our successful business in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, leading and developing the sales revenue and team in Brazil and Portuguese speaking. You will oversee the management of our Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers (TAMs). Our TAMs are responsible for actively driving new business and managing the existing customer base. We are looking for a motivational people leader capable of managing and growing the business while adhering to the sales process with direct customers and channel partners.
The Country Manager is responsible for the New Business and Renewals revenue in the region. You will develop and execute strategies to actively ensure customer satisfaction and success whilst developing up- and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. The Post-Sales Director will manage a set of named accounts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in technical sales leadership, customer satisfaction and a passion for cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
Create Go To Market plans to lead the new business TAMs to acquire and manage new accounts within your region, by identifying, developing and closing new business with the largest organizations across both private and public sectors
Oversee the management of existing Qualys customers in your region, focusing on customer retention and expansion within your customer base
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology alliances and strategic channel partners within your region
Perform high level sales planning, leading to accurate forecasting of the business
Conduct highly effective presentations to all levels in organizations
Qualifications
BA/BS technical degree or equivalent
Proven successful sales experience, selling security and/or networking solutions into large enterprise organizations
Experience engaging with and building rapport with CIO/CTO/CISO audience
Practical knowledge of adjacent solutions and services relevant to Qualys' offerings
Multiple years of above-quota sales performance
Self-motivated to deliver above expectations
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proficient in English languages
Actionable rolodex of decision makers across large enterprises
Experience working with alliances and channel partners
Strong technical acumen and proven partnership with sales engineering
Able to travel throughout sales territory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
