In this role, you will provide direct behavioral health support in a structured early learning environment, helping young children build foundational skills in a nurturing, consistent, and developmentally appropriate setting.You will engage children in age-appropriate activities, collaborate closely with families, provide parent skill training, and help maintain a safe, supportive classroom environment. This is a weekday, school-based position ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood development and behavioral health.ResponsibilitiesProvide behavioral health support to children ages 3 to 5 yearsCreate and maintain a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environmentEngage children in age-appropriate activities that support emotional and behavioral developmentCommunicate regularly with families regarding child progress and needsProvide parent skill training and education- this does not applyMaintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environmentCollaborate with educators, clinicians, and support staffMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentationRequirementsH.S.
