This position works closely with warehouse operations, shipping carriers, customer support, and internal departments to help maintain smooth day-to-day distribution activities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Work ScheduleMonday – Friday (Weekends as needed)Start Time: 5:00AM to 7:00 AM (subject to business needs)End Time: 1:30PM-5:30PM (subject to business needs)RequirementsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and picklists.Coordinate daily shipment activity with warehouse and logistics teams. Generate packing lists, shipping labels, invoices, and shipment documentation. Track outbound shipments and provide delivery updates as needed. Research and resolve shipment discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues. Support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate order flow and shipment processing. Work cross-functionally with warehouse associates, customer support, accounting, and operations teams. Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking information within internal systems.Assist with freight claims, customer disputes, and shipment issue resolution. Ensure outbound orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations. Maintain clean, organized picking and staging areasSupport additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forkliftsBuild stable, damage‑free pallets and stage orders in assigned outbound lanesMeet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality standardsComply with all safety, quality, and company policiesQualifications & Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, order processing, or distribution support preferred. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred. Strong data entry and typing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or shipping platforms is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Customer service and problem-solving mindset.
