PXT Program Manager – AI & Data-Driven HR Ops

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned program management and ops professional to lead foundational PXT programs across HR, finance, security, IT, and analytics. You will design governance, drive lean improvements, and establish rhythms of the business with strong data storytelling for senior leaders. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver outcomes. Relocation and travel may be involved.
