Client Success Specialist(Processor) Reliant Home FundingWe are currently searching for a Client Success Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with our current clients to collect and organize required documents needed for mortgage approval. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills that can get the job done. Five years mortgage processing experience is mandatory. Responsibilities: - Collecting the required documents needed for mortgage approval from clients - Working with the sales team to build and maintain current customer relationships - Providing information to customers to help resolve issues - Communicating and being the main point of contact between all parties involved in the mortgage process Requirements: - Five plus years current mortgage experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Extensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to learn and navigate different programs and platforms
