Sourcing Specialist (High Point)

We're partnering with a growing Triad-area manufacturer seeking a Sourcing Specialist with strong international sourcing, customs, tariff, and logistics experience. This is a highly visible role supporting supplier management, international shipments, landed cost analysis, and sourcing strategy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience navigating international shipping processes, customs documentation, tariffs/duties, freight coordination, and supplier negotiations. Strong Excel skills are critical for reporting, cost analysis, tracking, and sourcing data management.Key responsibilities include:• Managing domestic and international supplier relationships• Coordinating international shipments and freight activity• Analyzing tariffs, duties, and landed costs• Supporting sourcing strategy and risk mitigation efforts• Reviewing supplier performance, pricing, and lead times• Working cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing• Heavy use of Excel for analysis, tracking, and reportingRequirements:• 3–5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience• Strong customs, tariffs, and international shipping experience required• Advanced Excel skills required• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred• ERP system experience preferred• Strong communication and analytical skills
